Songwriting for teams, Berlin
A team-building day where your team writes and records its own song, built from the sounds of your office and the stories only your team could tell.
The way you talk, the jokes you share, the noise your office makes on a Tuesday afternoon. That’s your team’s sound, and nobody else does it like you!
In one day, we turn it into a song. Your workplace becomes the beat, your stories become the lyrics, and every voice in the room ends up on the record.
You leave with something real: a song that captures your team spirit, made by the people who live it. Part creative workshop, part team bonding, and a lot of fun.
One day, four stages. We bring all the gear and run the whole thing. Your team brings the ideas.
Small teams head out with recorders to capture your workplace: the coffee machine, keyboards, doors, the lift. We turn those sounds into the groove of your song, live in the room.
Guided lyric writing in small groups, drawing on real moments from your team. Then we pull the best lines together into verses and a chorus.
Solos for the brave, a big group chorus for everyone. We coach every voice so it sounds great on the record.
We play back the rough mix together. Then we finish and mix the song properly and send it to the whole team.
Writing a song together uses the same muscles as good teamwork, without anyone noticing they’re working on it.

I’m a songwriter and producer with 100M+ streams, and a course leader at BIMM University Berlin. I’ve spent my career getting great songs out of people in a room, and I’ve been lucky enough to work with some very cool people:
None at all. Most teams have never written a song. We guide every step, and there are jobs for everyone.
No. Everyone can join the big group chorus, and solos are only for people who want them.
Not if we do our job. We steer away from forced rhymes and corporate buzzwords and towards real moments, inside jokes and a song that actually sounds good.
Yes. For larger groups we bring extra hosts and run several writing groups that come together for the final song. Get in touch and we’ll plan it with you.
A meeting room or open space with power sockets, and your team. We bring everything else.
Yes. We can run it at an offsite venue or in a studio, and we’ll bring a few sound ideas if your venue is quiet.
Sessions run in English, and your lyrics can be in any language your team likes.
You hear a rough mix at the end of the day, and the finished song arrives within [X] days.
